Wij geloven \u2013 en dat is ook wetenschappelijk bewezen \u2013 dat bedrijven die actief werken aan werkgeluk van hun medewerkers, succesvoller en innovatiever zijn. Op persoonlijk niveau en op bedrijfsniveau. De essentie is het versterken van een authentieke en veilige organisatiecultuur. Een cultuur waar naar mensen geluisterd wordt. Waar je je veilig voelt om mee te denken en feedback te geven. Waar tact en respect bovenaan staan. Waarbij aandacht als oprecht ervaren wordt.<\/p>\n

Na jarenlange ervaring in het bedrijfsleven, richt ik mij op het helpen van anderen. Ik coach ondernemende professionals en ik bouw mee aan HR-beleid voor mkb-ondernemers.<\/p>\n

Naast de bedrijfskundige kijk op organisaties, vind ik vooral de mens erachter interessant. Groei en ontwikkeling van een bedrijf komen mede door het laten floreren van mensen. Ik houd van de Rotterdamse no-nonse aanpak: niet lullen maar poetsen. Aanpakken, doorpakken en korte lijntjes. Wat mij energie geeft? Bijdragen aan vooruitgang en de lach op iemands gezicht. Steeds weer opnieuw.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
